Sub, Drink, Cookies, Chips were nothing short of amazing. Super fresh bread and cookies. The reason for the 4 instead of the 5 is the unfriendly service. The server Nympha was working by herself & the line was rather long. She didn't know how to handle it. I guess another person was suppose to show at 5:30pm but they were a no show (5:50) This location is near the mall so I guess It gets really busy during peak hours. She told a guy that he was being to picky and trying to give her a hard time.He was asking for alot of request and asking her questions but I guess she wanted to move along faster. Let the customer order what he or she needs & how they like it. Everyone that was in line was super patience. No need to rush him along and call him out in front of everyone. The next guy had a request for some mayo and she told him everyone gets it this way. He wanted he meat all one one side and the mayo on the other. All his meats were centered. She rush and threw stuff on really fast not placing things on one side of the bread, sub. I guess he didn't want it that way but that night he got it her way!
I rarely go to get fast food but when it comes to sandwiches my go to place for meat ball sandwiches or tuna sandwich it's Subway. I really like this location in San Francisco because it's not as sketchy as most Subways in San Francisco. I only seen one employee working when I visited this Subway. This one employee did everything from making sandwiches and doing curbside picks ups, and taking orders with a great positive attitude. I would say this is the best Subway experience I had in a decade. Bread was fresh and the ingredients were on point.
